A: Yes. We understand that you need to test the quality first. So we keep some inventory. 

Q4. Can you do customized products/packaging for my product?(Provide OEM or ODM Service)

A: Certainly, we accept OEM and ODM service, and the cartons box can be printed with  your logo and your local language. Pls let us know if necessary.

Q5.What is your shipping way? 

 A: 1.)     For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS. You can also arrange your forwarder pick the goods          from us. We ship goods via china post for Brazil and Russia customers, it is easy to clear customs. 

2.)     For huge order, sea cargo and air are the best choice. 

Q6: How many days could I get my package? 
A: Generally speaking, it would take 3 to 7 working days go to Europe and America without custom clearance and holiday delay.

Q7: Why I need to pay customs fees?
A: Everyone buys sth from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country’s custom. In most time, we will declare value as your request if you need. if you no request, I will do as common according our best way.
Please note we are not accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation.
