What is J-Next JXS 65 dye sublimation ink?

J-Next JXS-65 is newest line of sublimation inks. Made with cluster technology, these inks meet the demands of high speed printers. Cluster technology encapsulates the ink’s molecules so that they are stable rather than chaotic. The structured state allows for an easier pass through in high speed piezo head printers such as Roland, Mimaki JV5/ JV33, Epsons 9700 / 9900, Mutoh and any wide format OEM printer. The inks are not affected by the pumps and pressurized feeding systems that are often accompanied with these printers. J-NEXT is made with the same nanodot technology and ecofriendly characteristics.

Substrates to be printed: Polyester & polyammid fabrics, mixed synthetic fabrics (min. 60% of synthetic  fibres), plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as skis, snowboards, wakeboards, every substrates (wood, glass, ceramics) overprinted with polyester-based coating.

TRANSFER CONDITION: Can vary from 30 to 60 seconds for 180°-210° C according to the type of substrate

J-Next Jxs 65 Dye Sublimation transfer ink  has 6 colors, C/M/Y/K/LM/LC,  print smoothly, with high transfer efficiency that can save more money , good scratch resistance and washing resistance. it's suitable for piezo-electric printers.After heated and transfered by sublimation transfer machines, image clarity is guaranteed, and of high color reproduction. Such sublimation transfer ink doesn't block the print heads.

How To Use J-Next  Subly  JXS 65 Dye sublimation ink 

 

To print use dye sublimation ink is a process that uses Print software to print graphics on the sublimation transfer paper by sublimation printer. The paper is  placed on a final printing item and then both are placed into a heat press is  about 20~45 seconds at 180~230 degrees on Small heat press machine, if for ROll large press machine , heat press is about 18- 24 transfer speed at 200-220 degrees . When the sublimation is completed, the image on the paper has transferred to the final printing item and has actually become a part of the surface. Sublimation inks  for various kinds of piezo typed larget format printers such as Epson, Mimaki, Roland and Mutoh etc, which use dye sublimation inks.

 

Important: 

1. strongly suggest that the user always carry out printing, drying and transfer pretests on the substrate to be printed on in order to establish the operative conditions and the results to be achieved.

2.the product be stirred before use and that the instructions written on the label and on the material safety data sheet enclosed to the products be carfully followed.

3.that ink performances can vary according to the type of printer, paper and polyester fabric used in the final application.
