Production Feature

(1) As a new generation of environmental friendly concrete admixtures, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  can be applied in hydraulic, electricity, port, bridge, railway, tunnels and highway. 

 (2) In the production of self compact precast concrete and conventional concrete,

 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture leads to low water/cement ratios, but maintains a normal level of workability.

 

Goods description

1,This product is non-toxic,non-inflammable with stable shape.it does not have corrosion effect on steel bar.

 

2,The concrete does not have air entraining effect and also has smooth and beautiful apperance.

 

3,It is a high concertration product with sodium sulfate no more than 5 percent .low concertration product with sodium sulfate no more than 18 precent.the low alkalinity will not give rise to the alkali-aggregate reaction.

 

4,The water reducing ratio is 15 to 30 precent,it can also improve the fluidity of blended material with the concrete slump at 18 to 25 cm

 

5,It can also have strong dispersion and can effectively improve the workability of blended material to make sure the concrete mixture is easy to pouring and vibrating.

 

6,It can improve the strength of concrete for 60100 percent with in 1 to 7days.high concentration product can improve the strength 

of it for 20-40 percent in 28 days,the low concentration product can improve the strength of it for 10-40 percent in 28 days.

 

7,It can also save cement with the reduction of its amount at 7 to 25% and can maintain the same strength.

 

8,It can improve the density of concrete and reduce the shrink and creep and at the same time improve the durability to improve its service life.

 

 

Uses and Dosages 

 

1. When Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  is applied, the dosage normally ranges from 0.3% to 1.2% of the weight of cementitious material in 1m3 of concrete. In order to optimize the dosage, experiments are required before the adoption of it or changing of the cement type. 

  

2. Recommended dosage: 0.4% of the weight of cementitious material in 1m3 of concrete. When applied in ready-mixed station, it should be diluted into solution with the concentration of 10% and the recommended dosage thereafter is 2% of the weight of cementitious materials. For example, 100kg of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture (50%) (50% concentration) can be mixed with 400kg of water to make solution of 10% concentration. 

  

3. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  can be added into cement paste together with water or after mixing, while the latter approach is preferred. 

 

 

4. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  is alkalescent, nontoxic, non-corrosive and environmental friendly. If it gets onto skin or in the eyes, please wash it off with clean water at once. If there is skin allergy, please see a doctor.    

 

 

5. Do not mix it with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand. 

 

 

6. The quantity of water must be strictly controlled when Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture is applied, since slump loss of concrete is closely related to it. 

 

 

Package, Storage & Handling

 

1. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  for liquid: It is packed in 1100kg (1000Liter) per IBC Tank. 

 

2. Store Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture  in covered containers and keep it from rain, sundry, and evaporation. 

 

3. Keep Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture from sunlight and below freezing point. Its storage stability can retain 12months in original package, but please use it up in 60days if it's been opened and repacked.
