HONOBLE manufactures abroad range of threaded inserts used in plastics. Whatever plastics, general plastics

 like ABS or engineering plastics like PC, PBT, or thermosets like BMC, you can find a suitable inserts from us.

  Our Threaded inserts are generally categorized by the installation methods: 

1.HeatStaking or Ultrasonic inserts: The inserts are installed in the holes (molded or drilled) with the assistance of 

   heatstaking or ultrasonic machine. Our EasySert, SymTec, MiniSert, ViSert, BoTec are in this category.

2.Cold Pressin Inserts: The inserts are installed into the prepared holes by squeezing at r oom temperature. 

   Our BarbSert, BarbLoc, VaneLoc are covered.

3.Mold-in or Molded-in Inserts: The inserts is installed during the molding, our Moldin-I and Moldin-X are in this range.

4.Selftapping inserts:: These inserts are used in hard plastics, mostly thermosetting plastics and some 

   reinforced plastics. Our 302/303/307/308 are in this category, they are also widely used in soft metals

   and hard woods.
