XY-OQ-7000A Automatic Colored Napkin Tissue Paper Making Machine
Outline
The machine uses jumbo rolls a s raw paper to process various sizes of napkin paper and table paper. The machine start from raw material feeding , color printing, embossment, folding and cutting to form to be one line , and then packaging. The product is of sanitation and cleanness. If the customer need to produce various kind sizes (180 to 500) of napkin paper , the customer need to order the machine. Take XY-OQ-7000A-240 for example, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 240mmx240mm. While XY-OQ-7000A-330, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 330mmx330mm. So do others. We also accept orders according to clients' request.
Function and Characteristic
1.Controlled with rolling tension to fit production with different tension of raw paper
2. Count automatically and orderly placed, convenient to pack.
3. Attach with folding unit ensuring accurate position and unify sizes of product.
4. Adopt steel against wool embossing roller to have clear embossment.
5. The machine can equip with single color printing unit or two color printing unit according to customers' requirement,adopts flexible printing unit and professional anilox roll. and change the various printing pattern
6. We can different specification of machine according to customers' requirement.
7. This machine can equip with steel against woolen embossing roller.
