Product Description
The Drop Through Rotary Airlock valve is the standard unit and used in most applications. Suitable for granular materials to gravity flow of materials, such as plastic pellets, feed. Equipment at the bottom of the accelerating chamber can improve transport efficiency and prevents clogging .
Drop through rotary airlocks are heavy duty design with high quality material, thick blade rotors with oversized shafts, outboard strong bearings and lifelong shaft seals .
Numerous rotor options are available such as: open end, fixed blades, adjustable blades, quick release, abrasion resistant tips, flexible polyurethane tips, etc.
Used in pneumatic conveying pipeline conveying material by high pressure.Drop-through are precision machined for tight tolerances, as with all of our rotary airlocks, to insure minimal air leakage.
