3.Applicant of different Grade

 

1>.Q195,Q215 

Because of low strength,good plasticity and toughness,easy to processing,so widely used in Building,structure,motorcycle bodywork steel nails,rivets,bolts and iron wire,etc.

 

2>.Q255, Q275

high strength, but plasticity,weldability and toughness is not very good, not easy to weld and cold bending processing, so they widely used for rolling reinforcing steel bar or bolt accessories, but more in the mechanical parts and tools, etc.

 3>.Q235

Widely used in Building engineering. carbon content is 0.14% ~ 0.22%, with high strength, good plasticity and toughness and weldability, comprehensive performance is good,socan meet general steel structure and steel reinforced concrete requirements,and low cost..

So it also widely used to make reinforcing steel bar or building room frame, high-voltage transmission tower, Bridges, vehicles, boiler, containers, ship, etc,
