Description


Machine list for a LPG production line: With this line it is possible 12 kg LPG to produce.


Used materials:



  • It is suitable for steel coils according to P245 NB-EN 10120.

  • Blank diameter to be 590 mm (adjustable).

  • The type of operation is continuous.

  • The capacity of the system is up to 200.000 discs/year at 8 hours/day.

  • The steel coils to be used according to the follow:

    • Thickness of 2.5 – 4 mm.

    • Inner coil diameter to be 460 – 610 mm.

    • Width up to 1250 mm.

    • Max Outer diameter: 1300 mm

    • Coil weight could be up to 9 tons




The system includes :



  1. Blanking line for circular blanks

  2.  Drawing line for production of ½ Tubes

  3. Drilling and cording line: Used for making of hole to install the valves and cording on the edges.

  4. Cutting line for rings

  5. Forming line for rings,

  6. Welding for welding of the tubes, rings and valves

  7. Heating lines for Cylinders

  8. Washing – Sand blaster line for Cylinders

  9. Testing line; Ultrasonic inspection of cylinders

  10.  Marking line for Logos and labels

  11. Painting line of LPG cylinders.
