First,Worker put eggs on the roller belt manually

 

Second,egg cleaning machine washes eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.

 

 

Third,egg drying machine dries washed eggs with specialized egg drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine.

Fifth,The UV system uses Ultra Violet technology to reduce contamination and bacteria on the shell surface of eggs after washing. The cover ensures that UV ray light stays within the system. The handle beside the cover makes cleaning very easy.

 

Sixth,Candler with LED light source has been installed on the roller of grader to help operators to check whether there is any damage on eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be picked out through LED light by hand.

 

 

Seventh,eggs will enter egg grading machine where eggs are graded by weight.Eggs of different weight will fall down onto different lanes of egg collecting board of egg grading machine.

 

 

Eighth,workers collect eggs from the different lanes of egg collecting board into different stacks of egg trays.
