Character of sodium citrate :

 Colorless or white crystalline granule or crystalline powder, odorless, tasting salty and cool. Soluble in water; difficulty in ethanol and slightly deliquescent in moist air, PH value is 7.6-8.6 in 5% aqueous solution. If heated to 150°c, it may loss crystal water.
