Company Information
Nantong Mingnuo Electric Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is one of the earliest manufacturers engaged in researching and developing electric sweepers and electric sweeping trucks at home. Moreover, it has set up wholly-owned subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Qingdao, Nanjing, etc., and established about 100 service centers at home and abroad.  
So far Mingnuo has obtained 9 patents for invention and 45 patents for utility models and design.  
Mingnuo adheres to learning in the developing process, adopts the ERP management system in production and management, and holds on to the construction of the CPC & the Youth League in ideology.

After-Sales Service

After got the complaint from the clients, first need got the following information:
1. Photos, video and problems description (as more details as better)
2. Checking the machine’s seal No., Engine No. and the date of arrived. Asking the clients supply the working hour
3. If it is in the warranty, supply free parts according the warranty policy; If not, supply necessary technical supply to help client fix the problem and offer paid parts
4. Ask the part No. according the part catalogue when fixed the problem and supply the parts
