AK Vegetable shortenings are made from fully refined, bleached and deodorized high quality palm oil. They are palm based shortenings which are non hydrogenated, no transfat and cholesterol free. They are high oxidative stability fats.  APPLICATION : AK Vegetable shortenings are soft plastic type fats used in baking cakes, biscuits, breads, noodles and filllings. They offer a smooth consistency that facilities mixing and may also be  used as filling medium.
