The equipment is used to stir pulp cyclically in square pulp pool .By using the equipment the pulp liquid is maintained  in suspension condition, so it ensured that the uniform distribution of paper components  in pulp.and  it is also advantageous to  full reaction of the chemical liquid.

Application: designed for all kinds of fibers in chests or storage towers up to a consistency of 6.5%.

 

1.Main Features:

1. Materials:All the parts connected with the medium are made of stainless steel.


2. Blades:The agitator blades can be easily adjusted to meet different needs.


3. Guide Plate:A strong guide plate protects the shaft and improves mixing efficiency and avoids the entanglement of impurities as well.


4. Sleeve:Shat protection sleeve prevents shaft from wearing and corrosive.


5. Drive:Belt transmissions easily and steady and be used tensioner fixed pulleys and easily assemble and disassemble.


6. Foundation: For most sizes agitator(dia.≤1300mm)is fixed on the wall of the chest and no nees of foundation.


7. Avaliable Seals:The seal casing can be equipped with several eal types to meet the requirements of different applications. Packing can be replaced from the outside without emptying the chest.
