This series of crusher as a new type are developed and improved by our company based on the PL series vertical impact crusher. It possesses advanced falls flow feeding, and the system includes the cloth feeder, feeding control panel, door control and flash mouth damper. Intake the second materials into the crushing chamber at a certain control quality, increasing the crushing chamber materials quality or density, and promoting the intergranular energy transfer. It is a kind of product which is competitive with low input and high returns compared with domestic similar vertical impact crusher. 

Application:

1) widely use in the refractory materials, abrasive products, water conservation water and electricity, building materials, ceramics, cement, the chemical fertilizer, glass industry, metallurgy, industrial ore and other materials which better in intermediate crushing, fine crushing, reshaping and other applications.

2) It can crush medium-hard, ultra hard materials of silicon carbide, corundum, emery, alum clay, magnesia, kaolin, mullite, feldspar, quartz, silica, cobble, granite, basalt, gneiss, diabase, andesite, limestone, dolomite, cordierite, iron ore, copper mine, chrome ore, tailings and etc.

9) Optimal Structure Designing, environment protection. By adjusting the feeding control panel and controlling door to reduce feeding mouth opening and cut air flow to a minimum. The air flow in the crushing cavity creates and ideal dust collection environment.
