 Operating Principle

WLDH Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and traditional parts.The screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,the outer screw converge is the material to the center from two sides and the inner of screw conveys the material to two sides from the center,so as to from convection mixing.

 Main Application:

The ribbon mixer is generally used to mix viscous or adhesive powder material,or powder with liquid additive,or pasty material.Because it is difficult to clean viscous material,the machine is good at mixing material with large capacity and continuous demand.

This machine is applied in the industry of pharmaceutical,foodstuff,chemical,pesticides,plastic,pigment and cosmetics.

gitator design:

There are three standards for agitators design:continuous ribbon,interrupted ribbon,and paddle-type ribbon.They can be arranged for either center or end discharge.

Continuous ribbon,arranged for center discharge 

This is the most universal design to reach a homogeneous mixture quickly.Outer ribbons take material toward center.Inner ribbons take material toward center.Inner ribbons take material towards bottom plates.Both provide radial movement of material.

This is the most move materials toward discharge end.Inner ribbons move material in opposite direction.Both provide radial movement of material.

Interrupted Ribbon

Outer small power can provide same continuous movement as ribbon agitator.It is generally applied for material having higher bulk density.

Paddle

When the machine will be used for both partial and full batches,this agitator is an excellent choice.An efficient blend is abtained even with minimal loads.
