This machine is horizontal type, adopts machine driven system, stepper motor driven system and adjustable deceleration system. It is integrated controlled by PLC, could automatically complete slot liner edge fold, fixed length feeding and cutting actions continuously. This machine adopts touch HMI and has functions of status display, breakdown alarm, each type of parameter set. It is suitable for all types of small and medium-sized motor’s stator & rotor insulation paper processing work. It could satisfy the requirement of slot insulation for manual coil insertion to small and medium-sized motor.
