1.Character

 The FH,FHF of our products are made by the method of dipping and coating FR463 emulsified solution on Polyimide casting film, then sintered with high temperature. It has the excellent characters of Polyimide  in Electric insulation ,resistance to high temperature ,radiation and corrosion as well as seal under high temperature etc.

Excellent properties:

    3. heat-resistance, radiation-resistance;

    4.chemical stability and non-flammability;

    5.high oil-proof, water-proof and high-temperature self-adhesive seal.

Application:

1 the insulation layer of the flat coil wire of the deep well submersible motor; 

2 cable copper winding and electromagnetic wire; 

3 the lapped wire insulation of the electrical equipment motor.

4 wind power generator, variable frequency motor, traction motor and electrical rotating machines;

5 High-voltage transformer;

6 .Magnetic wire wrap;

7 .Super high-voltage cable insulation.
