• The machine must be in good conditions ,main spindle without deformation and vibration ,the tolerance of the spindle is h7,Pls install protective cover when using.


• The user should have all necessary technical skills and be equipped with protective eye shields,pay attention to the tie and wristband,without gloves,a working cap should be worn if you have long hair


• Check the tips that have no fragmentation,drop,abnormal attrition,or board bended and distortion etc.


• When install ,make sure that the slewing direction of blade is in accordance with the main spindle.


• When install,check the rotation speed and feed of the machine that is fit for the materials (First select the cutting speed and feed per tooth,then according to saw blade diameter & teeth number to calculate speed and feed per minute).


• Every time mounting flanges are to ensure that the flange surface smooth clean,parallel to each other and perpendicular to the central axis,size to be consistent ,the minimum diameter of flange is 1/3 to saw blade diameter,washer shall be vertical.


• When install,the height of blade should be higher than that of the panel,at least,equal to the height of the tooth.


• When crosscutting,make sure that the tips are more or less 3 teeth,or the blade will shake.


• When working ,the materials must be fixed tightly,if you found the sound and shake become abnormal,rough and bend cutting edge ,you should stop timely and check the fault,to make it into regular working.


• When the saw blade is not sharp and cutting section is rough,it must be grinded timely,and the grinding does not change the original angle,must give reliable manufacturers of specialized grinding.


• On the circular saw blade packing and unpacking operation process must be very circumspect,sharp blade can easily cause injury.


• When moving the saws,It should be packed appropriately to avoid damage.
