Rapeseed honey
Rapeseed honey is transparent, whitish, sometimes yellowish, with a pleasant light rapeseed aroma, special taste and unsurpassed sweetness. It is very thick, crystallizes quickly, is difficult to dissolve in water. It is obtained from the nectar collected from the yellow flowers of oilseed rape - a plant known mainly for its essential oil.
Rapeseed honey is very thick and crystallizes quickly, sometimes even in the hive itself, so it must be centrifuged in a timely manner. After crystallization, it is almost white and has a very firm consistency.
Rapeseed honey has a high glucose content, more than 51%, which supports mental activity and penetrates the vessels of the brain. It is very quickly absorbed by the intestines and has the ability to remove heavy metals from the body. The high content of boron restores bone tissue and helps the thyroid gland.
Rape Honey
Honey from rape is transparent, whitish, sometimes yellowish, with a pleasant mild flavor of rape, a special taste and non exaggerated sweetness. It is a very viscous, rapidly crystallizes and difficultly dissolves in water. Derived from the nectar collected from flowers of yellow oilseed rape - a plant primarily known for its essential oil.
Honey from rape is very thick and quickly crystallizes, sometimes even within the hive, so it should be promptly centrifuged. After crystallization it is almost white and very firm of texture.

Characteristic of acacia honey is that it does not crystallize for a long time, up to 2 years. The richness of fruit sugar, its slow crystallization, its organoleptic characteristics, as well as its lower pollen content, these are only a small part of the advantages of honey.
Acacia honey
Acacia honey has a specific gentle scent, very good taste and very slow crystallization. It is among the most popular types of honey on the market.
Acacia tree blooms in May-June, depending on altitude, its colors are white, large and cluster with a strong flavor. Acacia honey is one of the most expensive honeys on the market, this is because small amounts are produced in certain favorable climatic conditions. Typical for acacia honey is the long time crystallization- up to 2 years. Richness of fruit sugar, its slower crystallization, organoleptic characteristics and its low pollen content, are just a few of the benefits of honey.
Lime honey
Linden honey has a specific linden aroma, which distinguishes it from other types of honey. It has a light yellow color, with a very pleasant sweet taste. Linden honey is extremely rich in various nutrients.
Linden flowers are the most interesting and useful part for us. Silver linden is the most widespread in our country. The other two species are less common in forests, on rocky slopes of foothills and mountains. They are also grown as ornamental trees.

Linden honey

Due to the fact that it contains useful substances from different plants, this honey is defined as a general tonic, with a versatile positive effect on the body. Herbal honey is obtained in the summer, when most herbs bloom in Bulgaria.
