Warranty Policy

1.Warranty period:6 months from receipt date.

2.Extent of liability

We promise to change or repair turbocharger for broken as below:

1) turbine scratch;

2) oil leak etc. caused by manufacturing faults.

In this case, we will send repair kit or new CHRA or new turbo to customer for free !!!freight is bear by buyer!!!

3.Exception from liability

We refuse to be responsible for broken turbocharger as below:

1)impeller broken for foreign matter entering reason;

2)shaft break,etc.caused by wrong installation

In this case,we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo (for Charge)according to customer’s request.

4.Broken report

Detail broken description and photos are needed to be delivered to the seller to analyze the broken reason and distinguish responsibility
