Introduction

1. Paint barrels: double stainless steel heating insulation barrels, capacity 100 kg, plug-in manually mixer devices, removable devices.

2. Glass Bead storage box: 10 kg / box.

3. Glass beads beads sow browser: synchronous clutch spread with speed gearshift device.

4. Crossed Doo: High-precision ultra-thin material manufacturing, scraper-type structure, the standard configuration of 150 mm.Be exchangeable.

5. Landing knife: Carbide, with eccentric sleeve device can adjust the thickness of the scope marking :1-2.5 mm.

6. Tire: Alloy Wheel Unit, a special heat-resistant rubber, after the last round with positioning devices for the body along a straight line direction.

7. Heating method: liquefied petroleum gas.

8. Subscript Line Width: engineering requirements in accordance with the replacement of different specifications crossed hopper.

2.Main features

*More stable:

Through gravity adjustment, widened front wheel, the Marking Machine is more 

stable than traditional ones when marking 450mm zebra crossing.

*Lighter:

Through repeatedly gravity test, rechoose new shaft, the marking machine is much lighter, 

reduced operator’s working intensity. So the marking works is easier and more effectively.

*Easy to operate

Marking hopper’s operating range minimized from 300mm to 200mm, more accurately ,

easier to control, therefore such problems as slow hopper withdrawal and uneven finishing

mark edge are solved.
