A. Although the warranty period extends for 3 years from the date of purchase, you can expect lifetime of enjoyment from our outdoor floor tiles.
Q. Do you have stock? If not, what’s the lead time?
A. Some regular floor tile have stock. If we don’t have stock right now, lead time is 30-45 days. But if customers are in hurry, we could try to catch customer schedule.

A. Practically any solid, even (not bumpy) surface e.g. courtyards, balconies, patios, porches, roof tops, hot tub surrounds, pool surrounds, garden paths, boat decks,garage, gazebos, sun rooms, basements…..anywhere you would like a beautiful wood deck or floor,outdoor flooring.
Q: Can the tiles be used in extremely cold conditions?
A. The tiles are specifically chosen for low water absorption properties to minimize the danger of cracking in freeze/thaw situations. For the plastic base, we use a polymer mix which consists mainly of polyethylene with some polypropylene added for extra stiffness. Polyethylene can be used extremely cold conditions without becoming excessively brittle.
Q. Can they be used in extremely hot locations?
The polyethylene base can withstand temperatures up to 60 degrees C without any problem.
Q. Are the tiles affected by water or heavy rainfall?
A. Due to the gaps between the tiles, any water drains away quickly and freely via the open plastic mesh base underneath the slats or the tiles. No water remains trapped or in extended contact with the wood.
Q. Can the tiles be laid directly on bare earth?
A. We do not recommend laying the interlocking tile range on bare earth.
Q. Can I use the tiles indoors?
A. Certainly. However you should take care that if any crumbs or other food particles fall in the gaps between the wood slats, they are vacuumed away promptly.
Q.what's the floor and tiles brand name ?
A. we could do the OEM, if customer don't assign the floor and tiles brand name, we will use our click-clack brand.
