1)General application

1:XGN2-12 is mainly used for power reception and distribution of 3-6KV-12KV 3 phase AC 50HZ indoor electric system

Specially suitable for working conditions where frequent operations

 

2:the production is strictly designed according to I standard,also suitable for  frequency Shizuku and dirty  working conditions.

 

3:Successfully widely used by Three Georges project, national engineering designing institute, mining company, cement mill, stell mill,sugar factory,wood industry, chemical industry, city planning, and other place with big power motor and high electric consume place.

 

2)Structure feature:

1:It is full-closed metal cabinet, meet standard GB3906 AND IEC298,

Full-closed structure can provent foreign matters get into cabinet and cause circuit short-cut; Also provent human body touch to electrified body and moving parts.

 

2:The cabinet seperate into following main house: breaker house, generatrix house, cable house, sensor parts house, each house were seperated individually

 

1)breaker house: on bottom of cabinet,  with pressure release channel, for gas release  if electric arc happened

2)generatrix house:  with over 8000N anti-bending epoxy resin support  insulator

3)cabinet can operate and maintain in two open side

 

 3)Working condition:

 

relative humidty: daily average value < 95%, monthly average value <90%

No explosion, serious pollution, chemica erosion, excessive vibration

earthquick intensity no over 8 degree
