Description

PURSELF 201 is polyurethane based, two component, solvent-free, elastic, self-leveling coating and waterproofing material.

It can be used on industrial area, school, hospital, gym, electronics industry, pharmaceuticals industry and industrial kitchen floors.

Suitable for potable water tanks.

Does not any harmful material on it.

Solvent-free, safely used in interior surfaces.

Excellent adhesion performance.

Has high elasticity.

Excellent penetration ability due to low viscosity.

Preparation of Substrate

Application surface must be cleaned off from the contaminant such as dirt, dust, rust, oil etc. Application surface must be scraped to be ready for application. Surface must be primed with EPOX PR 100 solvent free primer. If needed, aggregate or primer+aggregate mixture can be used on between the coats.

Application Method

Component A and B should be mixed by low speed mixture for 3-4 minutes till homogenous mixture is obtained. Mixture should be applied on the surface by using a trowel. Spiked trowel might be used for preventing the foam on the surface. Application must be protected from water, direct sun light, wind, frost and rain at least 1 day.

12 months in original, unopened package.

Store in dry area between +10°C and +30°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.

Clean tools and equipment with thinner immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
