chevron V shape rubber conveyor belt is composed of the chevron V shape patterned working side and the flat plain non-working side.
Feature: Suitable for bulk, material packed in bag conveying up to 45,
Slide resistant and high conveying capacity.
Formats: Chevron shape, cleat shape, U shape, herringbone shape, cylinder Pattern.
Width of belt: 300mm–1600mm.
Belt carcass material:cotton canvas(CC),nylon(NN) canvas,polyester(EP) canvas.
Number of fabric layer:2-8ply
Height of Pattern: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30(mm).
Pattern pitch: 125, 200, 250, 330, 400, 500(mm)
Note: Pattern can be designed according to user’s requirements.

chervon,open and closed V shape,Y and U pattern,stripes,granulous,fan-shaped,etc.also can be made by customer's design.
Because of the difference of the materials and the transporting inclination angle, the shape and height (depth) requirements of the pattern is also different.
Usage of chevron V shape rubber conveyor belt:
Indications for the conveying angle:
Approx.30 for slightly rolling materials,such as gravel,coal,etc.
Approx.40 for sticky materials,such as wet sand,earth,etc.
Approx.25 to 35 for packages,such as sackes,bales(paper hessian),etc.
