We use the import raw material including the aluminum powder and resin, the resin have been processed by my boss's special formula. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry who is the first people at the solid surface industry.
The raw material were stiring constantly before put into the moulds. Make sure particles uniform. We can promise at the same batch of solid surface sheet, there is not color different.
After put into mould, the solid surface sheet thicknessed by infrared. Make sure the thickness different within 0.3mm.
Then the sheets are putted into the oven to accelerate the chemistry reactions.
Every procedure is under the high quality control.
