Some breif introduction of our TC5613 QTZ80 tower crane type 8t:

 

1.1             Main features

TC5613 machine is a new type of tower crane. It can be applied widely in high-rise civilian building, bridge and water-conservancy project, big-span industrial workshop and high-rise building, etc. The tower crane is high level slewing self-erecting tower crane which adopts horizontal jib and trolley-jib. The main features as following:

1.1.1       Height of the tower crane is confirmed according to height of building, lifting ability of the tower crane is independent of height.

1.1.2       The tower crane is with features as high working speed, steady work condition and high efficiency.

1.1.3       Hoisting jib has 44m or 50m and 56m three ranges which meets project needs more widely.

1.1.4       Safety devices are complete. The working is reliable.

1.1.5       The eyeshot of cab is well, and the cab is installed independently, which create preferable working condition for handlers.

1.1.6       Location of the tower crane is reasonable, and the externality of the crane is beautiful.

1.1.7       Lifting jib adopts rigid double tension bars with features as light structure.

1.1.8       The operation is simple and the maintenance is convenient.

1.2             Circumstances for service

Ambient temperature is -20°C to +60°C

Wind speed no more than 20m/s in service

Wind speed should be less than 13m/s when erecting, dismantling and climbing

Safety operation distance is no less than 0.6m

Electric power, voltage: 415V±10%, frequency: 50Hz, adopts three phases and five lines for electricity supply. Pls contact with the manufacturer if the power supply is different from above condition.

After erection, the perpendicularity error between tower axis and side of supporting surface is no more than 4/1000 without wind. The direction is from lifting jib to counter-jib when measure it.

Earth resistance is no more than 4Ω.

1.3             Design basis

The tower crane is designed according to standard GB/T13752-92 ”Tower crane design criterion”, GB/T5031-2008 “Tower Crane”, GB5144-2006 “Tower crane security Regulations”.

The max calculation wind pressure is 250Pa in service, the calculation wind prewssure out of service is shown below:

H = 0-20m	800Pa

Tengda Group is composed by three factories, Taizhou Taiyuan for large tower crane of over 10t, Jiangsu Tengda for construction elevators, Taizhou Tengda for small sized tower cranes of less than 10t.

 

Workshops and office:

 

All raw materials will be bested in our lab before it could be put into the raw material warehouse then to production.

 

All the welding parts of Tengda tower crane products are all welded by carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding. In each of the welding process, there are specific QC clerks to check the quality, unqualified parts are not allowed to flow into the next process. Meanwhile, we are applying carbon injury inspection to ensure the quality of the welding.

Surface treatment technics: derusting with abrasion,electric spraying, baking finished painting, durable for 5 years no need for repaining.

All Tengda group mast sections and wall ties are adopting Potain’s technics, they are safe and reliable, exchangeable with Potain’s mast sections. Potain mast sections and wall ties are available with us including L46A1, L66A1, L68A1, L68B2, L68B1+, L69B1.

Following is Tengda brand mast sections’s application in Tengda and Potain’s products:

 

For electrical components, we use German Schneider Inc products; for the frequency conversion system, we adopt the Japanese Yaskawa product; for the motor and the mechanisms,we are using Jiuhe products who is also supplier for Potain, all these high quality accessories could assure Tengda brand tower crane to be safe, reliable and stable during operation.

 

To protect the tower crane products during transportation, all Tengda products are packed in following way: small parts in boxes, large pieces on pallets, and steel structures with foam paper protection and fixed to the container with steel rope.

 

 

 If needed, the seller shall dispatch 2 engineers to the buyer's site for supervision of installation. The buyer shall make available of necessary facilities & skilled personnel at site for installation.
