Description

To assemble a SKD fridge refrigerator or freezer(after foamed ), a convey line,vaccuming pumps,a gas inchcharging machine,a safty checking machine,a leakge checking machine,a temperature checking system,a packing machine and some tools is need.

A,For the conveying

    a, Automatic convey line:  Roller convey and chain-board convey line can be used,auto run ,auto controlled.the speed can be adjustable.

    b,Manul convey line:Roller convey push by man.

    c,For small sacle of production,you can do it on the ground,and the productions can be moved on the ground or on the vehicl.

B.Vaccum machine

before incharging,the fridge need to be vaccumed,consider of the area and other condition two mothods can be used:

a,Vaccuming pump group,one roots pump the other  rotary-vane pump,it can short the time within 2 minutes.

b, rotary-vane pump,big fridge big pump,or use many big pumps and a vaccuming tank to compose a group to vaccum many fridge.

C,Refrigerant incharging machine

  a,There are different refrigerant such as R134a,R600a,R290a,R404a,R502,R22 etc.Different refrigerant, Different refrigerant different machine and different mothod.

  b,To add the gas into the fridge or freezer,the suitable incharging machine is needed.

  c,For small scale it can be used by manual also. 

D,Eletric safty checking machine

To ensure the safty of using the appliance,you should using the machine to check the following:

  Earth continuity test:

  insulationresistancetest:

  AC withstand voltage test;
  DC withstand voltage Test;
  Leakage current test;
  Power and start test.

 E,Leakage checking machine

   To  reach the high quality,you can check the leakage by the machine or soap liquid

F,Temperature checking system

   To make sure that the property of the fridge or freezer,you can check the temperature of it.

   a, Automatic checking by computer,and keep the record for refer,dynamic or static.

   b,You can check by thermosmeter.

G,Packing machine

Many metholds can be use for packing.packing belt,stretch film,wooden box,etc

F,Tools

Except machine above,the tools is need,such as welding tool or machine,different pliers, screw-drivers,multimeter etc.

G,Other machine

To make a fridge or freezer,many machine is used as lifter,welding-machine,ultrosonic-sealer,hot-drayer etc.
