No, We are a manufacturing factory.

Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we can provide samples free of charge but buyer have to pay its shipping costs or to manage shipping by his own.

Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce according to buyer’s sample.   We can also produce new product sample as per buyer’s technical drawings.

How long is your delivery time?

It depends on the quantity of order and stock situation.   If the goods are not in stock, when can ship very quickly, otherwise we will have to check approx. production time accordingly.

What is your packing method?

Normally each product is packed individually in zip poly bags, which are then packed into inner boxes and then inner boxes are packed in master box.   For special packing requirements, we can arrange final packaging accordingly.

What are your terms of payment?

100% Advance Payment with Order for New customers.   Later-on we can do 50% advance with order and rest 50% before shipment.

What are your terms of delivery?

We prefer EXW or FOB.   While C&F, C.I.F. or DDP can be arranged if asked by the buyer.

What is Quality Assurance procedure?

We repeatedly check the products condition after each production process to ensure only the best quality products goes on.   And random QA checks are conducted at the final production and final packaging.
