Instruction of  Liquid Dosing Pump

 

The innovative AKS series electronic metering pumps is a result of working closely

These multifunctional metering pumps maintain the high reliability that is synonymous 

with SEKO quality.

 

Dosing Pump is mainly used in RO plant for water treatment field, working with the matched dosing tanks. We always add chemicals like Antiscale or Flocculant ,in case that the membranes are blocked by large particles in the water.

 

Pump features on APG series 

Proportional dosage
Analogue dosing pump with constant
flow rate manually adjustable,
proportional flow rate according to an
external analogue (4÷20 mA) or
digital pulse signal (e.g. from water meter).
n Control dial (percentage and "n" value in multiplication mode)
n 6 position adjustable switch:
– 3 in division mode (1, 4, 10 = n)
– 1 in multiplication mode (n=1)
– 1 for proportional 4÷20 mA signal
– 1 for constant functionality
n “pacing” function adjustable by dip switch
