Test center

Our test center is built according to national standard, occupies an area of 3880m² and a total investment of more than 20 million RMB on equipments. The main equipments include Motorcycle Chassis Dynamometer, Motorcycle Emission Analyzer, Motorcycle Autopilot, Direct-reading Spectrometer, Motorcycle Vibration Endurance Test Bench, Metal Elements Reading Spectrometer, Corrosion testing machine, Computer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine, AC Electric Dynamometer, Motorcycle road test instrument, Motorcycle Meter Endurance Test Instruments, Motorcycle Battery test machine, Magneto Test Bench, Motor Comprehensive test machine, Motorcycle switch  assy. Endurance Test Bench, which can make more than 100 tests for motorcycles, engines and key parts of motorcycles.

Technical team

FEKON owns excellent R&D team, who developed many unique and popular models, Through their efforts, more than 20 models have reached Nation III technical standard and have gotten national approval successively. Meanwhile, they developed many new engines with big power independently, which make Vstar motorcycles with outstanding technical advantages and high cost performance.

Motorcycle production procedure

The motorcycle production lines consist of pre-assemble lines, assemble lines and test lines. All the parts are checked, tested and pre-assembled on pre-assemble lines before sending to assemble lines by full-automatic suspension conveyer, then, to be completely checked and tested on test lines after assembled. All the products must pass test before sending to warehouses. Meanwhile, automatic packing lines have been used as per packing procedure and technique strictly to assure a safe and sound transport.

Engine production procedure

To enhance cleanliness, FEKON adopts unique cleaning technique for 8 key parts before production. The torque data of the flywheel bolts and valve nut are strictly controlled during production and the air tightness is checked intensively also to assure a standard working procedure. The engines are sent to circle test table for comprehensive test after assembled and the air valves and oil will be adjusted and changed respectively to ensure a high quality.
