4,PINPOINT---PP button

 

The detector has two working mode: DISC mode and PP mode. Press the PP button to enter the PP mode, and press the button again to switch to DISC mode.

 

5. DISCRIMINATION---discrimination control.

 

Fully rotate the switch to the right, at which point the discrimination range is the largest. As rotate gradually the switch to the left, the discrimination range is decreased, until the end position,only 25 cents(or the equivalent metal) can be detected .

 

6. TARGET INDICATION LED

 

When working in DISC mode,Lights on the left means iron;upper lights,deep means 5cent;lights on the right means 1 cent;lower lights means 25 cent.When no metal is detected, the eight LED show the current identification range of the detector. When metal is detected, two of the eight LED will be illuminated, which means what type of metal is detected. At the same time, the detector emits different sound . 25 cent, high tone; 1cent, medium high tone;  5cent, medium tone; iron, low tone.

When working in PP mode, the eight LED will be illuminated in sequence, which representing the approximate depth of the target metal. Lights on the left;upper lights,deep;lights on the right, shallow;lower lights, the most shallow.
