7) Can you delivery the battery by sea without any problems?

 

Lead acid battery is treated as dangerous goods because there is acid inside, but as a professional manufacturer of the lead acid battery for 21 years, we can delivery the battery by sea without any problems, because our forwarder is very strong, who can also handle the custom, trucking etc when the battery arrive your destination port.

 

8) How you control the quality?

 

A. as a professional manufacturer of the lead acid battery of 21 years, we have enough experience to control our quality.

 

B. When we buy the raw materials, we will inspect the quality, if the quality is not confirmed, we will reject the raw materials to our suppliers

 

C. During the process of the battery plate making and battery assembling, we check the battery plate, etc, to make sure all of the battery will be good

 

D. when the battery is acid filling process, our QC will see and check the quality and find the defective batteries on time

 

E, when the battery is finished the sealing, we will take about 1% samples to check the quality one by one by chance

 

F. after so many process quality checking, if there are still quality problem, we will give the free replacements at our CIYI battery to assured our clients' right.
