First, Product Information

 

Appearance: White or milk white powder solid

Melting Temperature: Less than 70℃

Thermal Decomposition Temperature: More than 250℃

Mechanical Impurities: Less than 0.02%

Virulence: Non-toxic

 

Second, Application Scope

 

The product is suitable various kinds of powder material or filler, such like: Light/heavy calcium carbonate, argil, mica powder, wollastonite, talcum powder or pigment’s surfactant. And used for plastic, rubber, coating, inks and binder which add coupling agent directly.

 

Third, Features

 

Compared with similar products, it has better synergy stability and lubricity. The application scope is wide, small addition volume, using conveniently and low price.

 

Fourth, Usage and Consumption

 

A. Pretreatment Method:

    Put the powder/filler into high-speed kneader preheating to 110℃, drying the moisture in the powder/filler. Then add the calculated coupling agent and the treatment time is about 8-10 minutes. It is forbidden that use the product together with other dispersant.

 

B. Direct addition:

    The coupling agent can be added directly when mixing at a high speed, the method is the same as above. But the attention should be paid to the components which contain carboxyl and hydroxy such like stearic acid and organic alcohol. The product should be added 3-4 minutes after coupling agent’s activation modification to powder. In the above methods, the former has the better effect.

 

Consumption:

1. For normal filler, 0.8-1.0% of filler

2. For thin film master batch, 1.5-2.0% of filler

3. For powder material, 1.0-1.5% of powder

4. For color matrix, cable material, 1.5-3.0% of filler

5. For PVC products, 1.0-1.5% of filler

6. For hard PVC products, 0.5-1.0%

7. For coatings and inks, 0.7-1.5%

 

Fifth, Attention

 

1. For composite product which use granulous resin as material like PE, PP, ABC and PC. Firstly make the product as master batch or granules form, then mixed with these resin;

 

2. Keep it away from water and fire and keep it dry. If shrink-wrap, use it as soon as possible, or sealed again.

 

3. Used up in half year of the best valid data.
