Injection Industry

Golden chiller can accurately control the temperature of mold which can improve the quality and production rate.

Golden chiller can stabilize the molecular structure of electronic component inside. This can improve the FTQ and product time.

 

Machinery Industry

Golden chiller can cool down the oil for the machine and stabilize the oil temperature and pressure. It’ll extend the useful life of oil. And it can also improve mechanical lubrication efficiency.

 

Electroplating Industry

The temperature of electroplate can be controlled by our chiller. It can improve the density and smooth of electroplate and production efficiency.

 

Food & Drink Processing Industry

The temperature of processed food and drink will be too high to be packaged. Golden chiller can cool it down through food grade stainless steel heat exchanger.

 

 

1. The machine uses Copeland, or Danfoss, Mitsubishi compressor imported from Europe, American ;

can guarantee reliable running, high efficiency, low noise, power saving and long using life;

2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, high precision digital display, t

he water temperature control accuracy can reach ±1°C. Temperature range is 3-50°C, can set at any temperature within this range;

3. Open type stainless steel thick incubator with built in automatic water adding and automatic temperature control;

4. Water chilling unit condenser is shell and tube type ,uses inner grooved copper tube, reasonable design 

assures high heat exchange efficiency;

5. Electrostatic plastic sprayed outer shell, Europeanized design, elegant outlook;

the outer panel is of easy dismantlement, to guarantee convenient usage and maintenance.

6.Refrigerant:R22/R407c/R410a/R134, client can choose the refrigerant/gas.
