A: Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station if needed.

A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order.
However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to machines size.
For big size machine MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 50 set.
Q: Do you have professional engineers?
A: Yes. We have professional engineers and designers. We can provide OEM products.
Q: Can you provide custom machine, Yes or No?
A: Yes. We can provide custom machine for clients.
Q: Is OEM acceptable to your factory?
A: Yes, OEM production is one of our advantages.
Q: What's your lead time / delivery time / date for delivery?
A: For manual machines without motor, usually around 35-45 days.
For electric machines with motor, usually around 45-65 days.
Q: What's your delivery term?
A: FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be CIF/DDU/DDP if needed.

A: TT, LC, WU, PAYPAL etc.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 month after shipment.
