High Quality Poly Coated VCI Paper for Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, and Multi-Metal Protection is a kind of kraft paper coated with a polyethylene layer containing VCI corrosion inhibitors,provides superior corrosion protection for both ferrous metals such as iron, cast iron,steel and non-ferrous metals in the industry.

This paper is enhanced with polyethylene coating on one side, to provide a moisture barrier,increased tear resistance and resistance to moisture,oil and grease.,plus powerful VCI corrosion inhibitors,get antirust protection for metal in an enclosed package.

It is used to package and protect kinds of metals and these parts to be protected can be painted, welded directly. Use VCI Kraft Poly Paper protect metal materials for shipment or storage, or in any other application where anticorrosion packaging would be used.

Application Methods:

1.Products should be packaged as soon after cleaning as possible, but completely dried of residual water.

2.Keep the VCI paper as close to the surface of the product as practical, leaving no barrier between the VCI paper and the metal surface to be protected.

3.Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.

4.For long-term storage of up to two years, enclose the wrapped product in an airtight package.

 

Custody and Storage:

With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
