Solvent Based Paint Defoamer LD-2045

(Similar to BYK-A530)

 

First, summary

LD-2045 is polyether modified breaking bubble polysiloxane solvent, which is used for production, packing and construction of solvent-based paint to prevent foam and bubbles.

 

Second, technical indexes

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid

Non-volatile: 7%

Density(20℃):0.85-0.95g/cm³

 

Third, application range

It has outstanding performance in the following paint systems: polyurethane paint, epoxy paint, polyester, nitro, solvent-based paint, industrial paint and other fields.

To obtain best antifoaming effect, it is recommended that add LD-2045 in the grinding process, and the amount is 0.1-0.5%. Best amount should be tested before use, to prevent shrinkage.

 

Fourth, packing and storage

25KG or 50KG plastic barrel packing. It should be stored in dry and cool place, to prevent exposure in the sun or near heat.
