Description

Machine Features:

    dry materials evenly.

2. The heating source may be steam, hot water, electricity, far infrared, gas-electric

    dual-use, wide choice.

3. The Whole Machine noise is small and stable operation. Temperature auto Controls,

    installation and maintenance easy. Wide range of applications, suitable for all kinds

    of materials, is general drying equipment

4. Machine materials are carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel; material final

    moisture content <1%.

 

Application and Usage:

1. For heat curing, drying dehydration of products in the pharmaceutical, chemical,

    food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy

    industry, and desiccation.

2. Such as bulk drugs, herbs, Chinese Herbal Medicine, extracts, powders, granules,

    powder, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit,

    sausages, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish, etc.

Brief Description:

1. Operating temperature: steam heating 50-130 °C, max up to 140 °C.

2. Electricity, far-infrared temperature of 50-300 °C, can be equipped with automatic

    control system or computer-controlled system for users to choose.

3. Used steam pressure 0.2-0.8mpa (2-8kg/cm2).

4. Use temperature greater than 140 °C or less than 60 °C, remark when ordering.

5. Our factory baked car, baking tray uniform size, can be used interchangeably.

    Baking tray size: 460X640X45mm.
