Third, product characteristics

 

The product is epoxy functional groups silane. It is a kind of colorless transparent liquid and is dissolved in organic solvent like acetone, benzene, ether and halohydrocarbon and can be hydrolyzed in water. The boiling point is 290, the density is P25’g/m11.065, the refractive index ND25 is 1.426, the flashing point is 110 and the content is 95%-97%.

 

Forth, usages and attentions

 

1. It is used in epoxy adhesives and sealants to improve the performance of adhesives.

 

2. It is used for glass fiber to enhance epoxy resin, ABS, phenolic resin, nylon, PBT and so on to improve the physical performance, especially the mechanical strength waterproofness, electric performance and heat resistances of composites.

 

3. It is used to fill inorganic fillers to strengthen composites. Inorganic fillers are aluminium hydroxide, silica, wollastonite, mica and glass beads.

 

4. LD-560 should be put in sealed containers and stored in a dried place under room temperature. Its shelf life is one year. The product is packed in 5kg or 10kg plastic bucket. And the special specification need to subscribe.
