USAGE:

This machine is suitable for cutting and sealing roll film, to form film to specific shapes, to make HDPE and LDPE T Shirt bag, vest bags, garbage bags, flat bags, garment bags, to make bags on roll and suitable for cutting plastic sheet, like pet sheet, pp sheet and others.

 

FEATURE:

1. The cool cutter is made of special steel, sharp and anti abrasive. Since there is a micro adjusting device, the cutter can be easy adjusted for different thickness materials.

2. The seal cut can be turned over 180 degree, so it is very convenient to renew the rubberized fabric and have routine and preventive maintenance.

3. By employing digital device and high precise and good qualified mechanical components, the machine can work freely on products of multi length with high speed.

4. Sealing and cool cutting at the same stage, no tension on feeding but the bag bottom firmly sealed.

5. The machine alarms and stops when the products has error print, by this, it reduces wastrels.

6. The feeding system consists of photoelectrical parts, stepping motor and adjusting parts, and it is easy for operation and precise for making bags

7. For different design of machine blade, like the blade for special shape bag, the blade of garment bags, the client must notice us before making the machines.
