Simple samples that cost no more than 100 US $ can be free of charge but you need to pay shiping cost.

7.Samples lead time?

It depends on your design,if simple items it can be only 1 day if it need to open mold the lead time should be 1 month or more.

8.What is your payment term?

100% Down payment for mold and Mass production T/T 30% down payment and balance 70% before shiping or LC.

9.If there are quality problems on products,what should we do?
