This MDI polyurethane adhesive is a single component solvent adhesives, which is polymerized by polyether polyol and isocyanate. It has a strong cohesive force to the scrap foam. And it is the special glue for producing all kinds of high and low density rebonded foam. It has the features of easy to use, non-toxic, environmental protection and so on.

Operating precautions
1、Ready the scrap foam and pu adhesive according to the ratio of 100:6.
2、Stir→put it into the mold box→press
3、Under the condition of steam heating, shaping 10 ~ 30 minutes.
4、It will take 2 ~ 4 hours to solidify in summer at room temperature generally,and will take 8~24 hours in winter.
