Our Company

Our company Yuyao Sun-Rain Sprayer Co., Ltd specializes in personal care, cosmetics, household and pharmaceuticals packaging dispensing system. Our company is ISO:9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified and is fully compliance in quality control. All our products passed EU Reach testing and European food grade certification (EU10/2011).

By end July 2018, our new 28,000 square meter factory for cosmetics packaging will start operation under Zhejiang Sun-Rain Industrial Co. Ltd. With this, we will add on another 90 sets of injection machines to the current 120 and 50 sets of auto-assembly machine to the current 100 sets. In addition, 4 new lines of UV coating and 5 vacuum metallization chambers will be added to this new facility. With bigger space and more advanced machineries, we hope to introduce more new innovative packaging, and to further improve our time to market. 

1) Who is SUNCOSPAC?

     SUNCOSPAC is the cosmetic brand for Sun-Rain. 

2) Can we get your free samples?
     Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.

3) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
     Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

4) What is the normal lead time ?
     A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your

          30% deposit.
     B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received your 30% deposit
     C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

5) What is your payment term?
     T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from port.

6) What is your shipping way?
     We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.
     By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

7) How do you control the quality?
     We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

8) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
    If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.

    All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
    We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
