Enzyme reaction: specifically catalyze the cleavage of 3 ′ and 5 ′ phosphodiester bonds of ribonucleic acid, forming oligonucleotides with 2 ′, 3 ′ - cyclophosphate derivatives. The aqueous solution is quite stable below 25 ℃, and the maximum stable range is ph2-4.5. The optimal pH is 7.7. The optimum temperature is 65 ℃. Isoelectric point (PL) 7.8. The inhibitors are 0.0005mol/l magnesium (Mg2 +, DNA (competitive inhibitor), denatured DNA (more effective than natural)
