Product Description
6-S type shaking table is one of the main equipment of gravity dressing in mineral processing equipment, widely used in the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other rare metals and precious metal ore, also can be used in coal mine. It can be used for roughing, sweeping and selecting different operations, such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (0.074-0.02mm), etc.
The dressing process of the shaking table is carried out on an inclined bed surface with a compound strip. The ore grains are fed from the trough at the corner of the bed, and the transverse flushing water is supplied by the water tank. Therefore, under the action of gravity, transverse water impulse, inertia and friction generated by reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface, the ore particles are stratified according to specific gravity and particle size, and make longitudinal motion along the bed surface and transverse motion along the inclined bed surface. Therefore, the ore grains with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down from side A to side B along their respective motion directions, and are arranged from different areas of the end of concentrate and the side of tailings, which are finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
