Through genetic engineering method， the gene of mycotoxin degrading enzyme was successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris by Baolai-leelai Institute of Biology, and the degrading enzyme with significant degradation of mycotoxin was obtained. The detection results showed that the degrading enzyme was a high bioactive protease with a molecular weight of 28-90kD, which was strongly resistant to stomach acid, bile salt and high temperature of feed. The mycotoxin can be 100% degraded into non-toxic molecular fragments by this mycotoxin degrading enzyme in 9-12 hours at 37℃.

The usage of product
1. Suggestions for the use of mildew not exceeding the standard: the general products for breeding should be added to the Complete Feed by 0.1%, and the concentrate products should be added to the feed by 0.01%, which can be used for routine mildew removal.
2. Suggestions for the use of mildew exceeding the standard: livestock and poultry, piglets, ducks, rabbits, furies, ruminants and other animals are all sensitive to mycotoxins, and slight mildew in the feed can seriously affect the production performance. If moldy raw materials are used in the feed or micro mildew is found, it is recommended to add 0.2% of ordinary products.
3、Recommendation for severe mold contamination：it may be a severely moldy feed when the mildew spots appear on the corn germ, the feed has a mildewy taste, or the DDGS, peanut meal and stale bran is used. The recommended addition amount is 0.3% ordinary product, when the problem is serious, the addition amount is 0.4% ordinary product.
4、The recommended addition amount for the hot and humid season from July to September: In order to obtain better feeding performance and reduce the stress response of animals in the hot and humid season, 0.2% of X3 ordinary product is added to the feed to protect against mycotoxins.
5. Volume of Addition Suggested in the harvest season which used new corn from October to November: in this stage, corn is prone to mildew due to its large water content. It is suggested to use common products according to the raw material condition of 0.1% - 0.15% in this stage.
