1. Note: this product is more stable than ascorbic acid when heated at high temperature. If this product is treated at 200℃ for 15min, the retention rate is 90%, the biological effect is basically unchanged, while the activity of common vitamin C is completely lost, so it is suitable for the nutritional enhancement of high temperature processed food.

2. Use range and dosage are the same as L- ascorbic acid.
