Details


20ft pressurized office module is designed for Zone 1 hazardous area. It contains an airlock and provides 50 Pa positive air pressure to keep flammable / toxic gas outside, in order to keep a safe working environment in the container.
The product equipped with A60 rated insulation, A60 personnel door, A60 window, A60 escape hatch, CPFG, fire and gas detection system, AC unit, Ex fire damper, server rack, UPS to allow lab testing, data analysis inside the container.
Our product has been complied with IECEx and ATEX requirement.

SBPC offers a full range of outfitted containers including insulation, Ex or Non-Ex electrical, HVAC system, fire and gas detection system, mechanical equipments, furnitures, etc. Units will be outfitted per customer specifications.

Material
The main structure are made of corten steel of grade Q345B/C/D/E, SPA-H.


Coating
The product is coated with marine paint system which can withstand up to C5-M corrosive environment.
* Cleaness: Sa 2.5
* Roughness: Medium, 75 um
* DFT: 120um (Standard) / 200um (Offshore) / 310um (NORSOK)
Alternatively, hot dipped galvanizing is also applicable.


Insulation


The interior is insulated with mineral wool + steel lining or sandwich panel or PU foam, of fire rating A60 / B15 / EI-60 / EI-60.
