A3: Free samples are available if they are ready in stock. You will bear the freight. Sampling charge is required if new mould to be developed or none ready item on hand.

Q4: How long for sampling?

A4: Usually, it is abt 7-15 days and for special project, please discuss with us for further information.

Q5:Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A5:We can make OEM and ODM items .Sample time is about 7-15 days.

Sample fee is charged according to the material, size and quantity of the product.

A7: Usually, it is 35-50days(order confirmed) which depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

Q8: What are your payment terms?
A8: In generally, we quote FOB Xiamen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against copy of B/L
L/C at sight (if total order amount over $10,000). and Trade assurance order on alibaba.
